Swim
All athletes will enjoy a refreshing swim in the calm waters of the Gulf.
Duathlon Run Start
Duathletes will complete a .62 mile (1 km) run before heading out on the bike course.
Bike
The cycling portion of the event will be car free. Sprint racers will ride 1 lap for 8.5 miles total. International racers will ride 2 laps on the bike for 16 miles total.
Run
Sprint racers will run to the end of the pier and back, then an out-and-back run on the paved park path for a total of 3 miles. International racers will do the same, but complete the paved park path run twice, for a total of 5.2 miles.
